Independent Development Studio Looking for a Senior Producer

The Ideal Candidate:

Has Strong Product Management Experience
Excellent Presentation Skills
Thrives Working on Multiple Projects

Job Duties Include:

Organize and facilitate production tasks
Communicate with Technical Director to establish master task schedule
Communicate with Technical Director to identify key external dependencies to establish master task schedule
Communicate with Art Director to establish master art schedule
Communicate with Art Director to identify key external dependencies to establish master task schedule
Work with Game Designer or client to establish the parameters of the game and user interface design, insuring technical feasibility and artistic aesthetics
In projects with no game designer, act as a game design lead to establish the direction of game design, as well as provide preliminary gameflow and wireframe diagrams of user interfaces
Liaise with clients during pre-production phase to establish scope, functional requirements and art direction of product
Liaise with clients during production to assure production meets goals and expectations of the client
Liaise with clients prior to, during and after milestone delivery to assure acceptance of milestones, including the crafting of compromises required for milestone acceptance
Act as a primary point of contact to external resources and clients
Engage in the creation of business development support material
Mentor and encourage team member career development
Expose team members to new ideas, technologies and production paradigms to stimulate professional and studio growth
Excite and engage employees to maintain employee retention
